ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - WSLS 10 and Kroger are teaming up to help feed those in need this holiday season. Food can be donated to the "Holidays from the Heart" food drive at 22 Kroger stores in Southwest Virginia.
Stores in Roanoke, Christiansburg, Blacksburg, Rocky Mount, Smith Mountain Lake, Abingdon, and Bristol are taking part.

All food will be donated to Feeding America Southwest Virginia.
LIST OF PARTICIPATING KROGER STORES
The organization, which supplies food to pantries in 26 counties, says it sees an increased demand during the holidays.
So far, 10,000 lbs of food have been collected.
The goal is to beat last year's amount of 48,000 lbs collected.
Donations will be accepted until December 22, 2014.
Individual food items can be donated. Pre-packaged boxes containing 11 meals are also available for $10.95.
