Roanoke County Board of Supervisors will be talking about the topic at their meeting on Tuesday afternoon and decide whether it will sell the property to the developer.

Roanoke County Economic Development Director Jill Loope says the project is good for our area especially since properties of this size are harder to market.

The school is two stories and 17,000 square feet.

Developers anticipate the costs of the project to be about $3.2 million and if they get the approval from the board to finish up the renovations in 2017.
