(WSLS 10) - Jesse Matthew Jr. is scheduled for an unexpected pre-trial hearing Monday afternoon.
Court documents reveal he's scheduled to be in court at 12 p.m. The capitol defender for Matthew informed the court that they will withdraw a sealed motion.
