LYNCHBURG (WSLS 10) - A Lynchburg family is celebrating its history with the community this Saint Patrick's Day.
The Kegney Brothers pub reopened last year in a new location. It was established in 1879, and is the oldest authentic pub in the city.

"There is definitely a desire to do that name right," said Owner Nick Cash. "To make it synonymous to having a good time and being a true public house, we want this to be an inclusive space."
The street in front of the restaurant will be shut down Thursday night to make room for a block party. More than 2,000 people are expected to celebrate.
