"People don't want to solve issues with moral integrity, they want to resolve it or try to resolve it with aggression and with violence and it just can work that way," Al Hubbard, vendor in downtown said.

Police said the victim involved in the shooting passed away Saturday morning.

They're still investigating what led to the shooting, but said it happened around 2:30 a.m.
