The Associated Press reports Sean Harris, 33, was arrested by a state trooper after he was found on the side of the road out of gas and with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit to drive.

Police said Harris implied to the gas station clerk that he had a gun during the robbery. Harris is being held in LaPorte County jail on a felony robbery charge.
