ROANOKE, Va. – There is a 3-acre nonprofit in Roanoke that many know that may be the most bio-diverse sites in the world. On any given day, animals belonging to nearly 300 species call this place home.
The animals arrive abandoned, neglected, injured or near dead and leave rehabilitated to return to nature. This episode of BUZZ features the Southwest Virginia Wildlife Center and the creatures it cares for.
