RADFORD, Va. – A 22-year-old Wytheville man is accused of raping an incapacitated person.
Radford police arrested Marcus Avery Hash on Monday after a lengthy investigation. He is charged with rape and aggravated sexual battery for an alleged incident that happened October 1, 2016.
Hash is being held without bond at the New River Valley Regional Jail.
