Football players at Glenvar, Patrick Henry sign to the next level
The Glenvar football program made history, signing two players from the same class to full-ride scholarships at the next level. “It’s crazy that I’ve played one year and I get to go play college football, Division I, I’m so thankful,” offensive lineman Jeb Secrist said. “It’s just a weight off my shoulders, it’s been hard for sure,” offensive lineman Jacob Crowder said. It’s nice to be done, know where you’re going, and just focus on the season.” Crowder is heading to Catawba College. Patrick Henry’s Roy Gunn also signed to play football at VMI on Wednesday.
