Big Bears Wife: Chocolate Chip Apple Pie Cheesecake


16 oz cream cheese, room temperature

7 oz marshmallow fluff

2 cups apple pie filling (homemade or store bought)

1 pack graham crackers, crushed (about 12 graham cracker rectangles)

1 cup mini chocolate chips


In a mixing bowl, whip together the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth.The slices of apple in the apple pie filling may be large so you may want to chop them up a bit.

In your serving glasses or mason jars, add a layer of crushed graham crackers to the bottom of the jar.

Add in some of the apple pie filling.

Fill a gallon sized bag with the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff mixture and cut off on of the tips of the bag.

Pipe some of the cream cheese mixture into the jar. Between the apple pie filling and the cream cheese mixture the jar should almost be full.

Add a top layer of mini chocolate chips.
