Here's what goes into it:
Grilled flour tortillas topped with ground lamb seasoned in our house taco spice blend.
Topped with traditional green cabbages, red onions, thinly sliced radish, cilantro and cotija cheese.
Served with side of fire roasted salsa and a lime wedge
