RICHMOND, Va. – The man police said burned an American flag on a Richmond porch turned himself in at the Richmond Police Department on Wednesday night, according to WWBT.
The NBC affiliate reported Andrew Rosas, 26, of Richmond, was charged with arson.
A security camera recorded a man setting fire to an American flag, which was attached to a porch.
Police said the home was also damaged in the incident.
