The victim met the seller of what the ad said was a Lexus RX 350. When he arrived, he noticed the vehicle was older and different than advertised, but took it for a test drive anyway.

When they returned, one of the suspects asked him to park the vehicle in a different location. That suspect then got out of the car because he said he was going to get the title. At that time, another suspect approached the victim with a gun and robbed him of cash and other belongings.

The victim was not injured. He went to a nearby residence to call 911.

Roanoke police said they have not made any arrests, but are searching for three black male suspects. If you have any information, call police.
