ROANOKE, Va – Roanoke Councilmember Stephanie Moon Reynolds talks about how she would like to city address gun violence.
Moon-Reynolds said at one point young people were committing to violent crimes, now she says its people of all ages.
Reynolds said she wants collaboration from everyone to figure out solutions to the problem.
