Former delegate and Roanoke City Circuit Court Judge Onzlee Ware dies

ROANOKE, Va. – Former 11th District Virginia Delegate and Roanoke City Circuit Court Judge Onzlee Ware has died at age 70.

Ware was the first African American judge for the 23rd Judicial District Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Several local leaders and public officials paid tribute to Ware on social media Saturday.
