Vehicle crash on I-81S in Roanoke County cleared

This crash has been cleared, according to VDOT.

If you’re headed toward I-81 southbound in Roanoke County, find another route if you can.

VDOT is reporting a vehicle crash at the 141.3 mile marker that has led to traffic back ups that are about a mile long as of 6:21 a.m.

At this time, the south-right lane and right shoulder are closed.
