WATCH: Reopen Virginia drive-in protest in Richmond
RICHMOND, Va. – Cars caused gridlock in Richmond as they looked to send a message to Gov. Ralph Northam on Wednesday.
The drive-in protest in downtown Richmond has the goal to Reopen Virginia.
The protest began at 11 a.m. and is scheduled to end at 2 p.m.
