ROANOKE, Va. – In celebration of the release of Historian Nelson Harris’ new book “Roanoke in the 1940s,” Roanoke Public Libraries, in partnership with the Taubman Museum of Art, will host a celebration.
It’s taking place Sunday, March 8, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Taubman Museum of Art.
