ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - Doors opened at the Berglund Center at 5 p.m. on Friday, as participants enjoyed the many cars of all shapes and sizes on display.
Proceeds from the 37th Annual MDA Car Show go to the Roanoke Office of the Muscular Dystrophy Association to help kids and families in the area.

Many of the participants are regulars at the annual event.
"Each year it gets better. I've been coming here for the past three years, and I'm going to be here for all three days," said participant, Havilah McCoy.
The show continues this weekend on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tickets are $12 for adults, $3 for kids and the car show is free for children under 6.
