FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. – UPDATE
A family of three has been displaced after a fire in Rocky Mount Monday night, according to Franklin County officials.

Authorities say the call came in around 5:45 p.m., and that the homeowner was home at the time of the fire.
No one was injured as a result of the fire, but the family along with their pets have been displaced.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Firefighters are on the scene of a structure fire in Rocky Mount, according to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.
The fire is on Ashpone Tavern Road between Rt. 619 and Doe Run Road.
