Roanoke River forecast to reach 15 feet Thursday night
The Roanoke River is expected to reach 15 feet by Thursday night (WSLS)
ROANOKE, Va. – The Roanoke River is forecast to reach 15 feet on Thursday night, just one foot shy of the crest in May which forced evacuations of around 60 buildings .
Residents should expect road closures and possibly some basement flooding.
