Flag order issued in Virginia to honor victims of deadly Texas school shooting

Virginia is following President Joe Biden’s proclamation to lower the U.S. flags at half-staff to honor the victims of the deadly Texas elementary school shooting.

The shooting killed at least 21 people at Robb Elementary School.

Gov. Glenn Youngkin said all flags should be lowered immediately and remain at half-staff until sunset on May 28.
