BUENA VISTA, Va.- – The city of Buena Vista's legal troubles over its golf course linger.
After a federal court hearing in Lynchburg in July, the judge has asked both the city and ACA Financial for more information concerning the case on or before Aug. 25.
ACA wants to seize Buena Vista's City Hall and the Police Department after the city defaulted on a $9.2 million secured bond.
