BEDFORD (WSLS 10) Bedford County authorities have made an arrest in a series of larcenies from vehicles on the south side of the county over the last few weeeks.
Investigators arrested and charged 20-year old Chelsea Francisco with 19 larceny offenses in connection to 13 different incidents that have occurred since February 18th.

Sheriff's investigators asked for the public's assistance in locating an unidentifed female captured in photographs while using using a stolen ATM card at a local bank. Tips and investigative efforts led authorities to the suspect where they recovered some items that had been reported stolen.
Francisco is currently at the Blue Ridge Adult Facility in Bedford on a $10-thousand bond. All victims have been notified. This case remains under investigation and more charges are expected.
