Here's a look at some of the stories we'll be following today

Students from around the world who are taking part in the VT KnowledgeWorks Global Student Entrepreneurship Challenge will meet in Washington today.  They will explore the sights or our nation's capitol through Saturday.  They will then come to Blacksburg, where they will take part in the Global Student Entrepreneurship Challenge.

Visit Virginia's Blue Ridge holds a hospitality training workshop today.  The sessions, with a focus on customer service, are being held in an effort to get the more than 8,000 hospitality workers throughout the Blue Ridge trained.  Another session will be held next month.

Middle and high school economics teachers from Southwest Virginia will be at Radford University again today for a conference.  The conference will explore several topics, including economic growth, entrepreneurship, the great recession and ethics.  Teachers can take what they learn back to their students to prepare them to study economics at the college level.

Visitation takes place today for one of the two State Police troopers who was killed in a helicopter crash this weekend.  Visitation for Trooper-Pilot Berke Bates takes place in Richmond.  His funeral is scheduled for tomorrow.  Lieutenant Jay Cullen's visitation is Friday with the funeral scheduled for Saturday.
