ROANOKE, Va. โ MONDAY UPDATEPolice identified the person who died in a shooting Saturday morning in northwest Roanoke at a 7-Eleven on Williamson Road. 41-year-old Wayne Loveless died in what police said is Roanokeโs 9th gun-related homicide so far this year. Warrants reveal that Loveless was with three other people at the time of the shooting. Three teens arrested in connection with Lynchburg armed robbery
LYNCHBURG, Va. Police arrested three people, including two juveniles, in connection with an armed robbery in Lynchburg. The robbery happened on Nov. 8 at a 7-Eleven store location on Bedford Avenue. Quoterris Martin, 18, of Bedford, faces charges of robbery, using a firearm in the commission of a felony, wearing a mask in a public place, grand larceny of a vehicle, credit card theft and petit larceny. Two juveniles, both 17, face charges of robbery, using a firearm in the commission of a felony and wearing a mask in a public place. A suspect is in custody after a fatal stabbing spree in Southern California. GARDEN GROVE, Calif. - A man went on a robbery and stabbing rampage in Southern California, killing four people before officers arrested him outside a 7-Eleven, police said. The mayhem started Wednesday evening after the man allegedly stabbed two people to death at an apartment complex in Garden Grove. The suspect also lives in the complex, Garden Grove police Lt. Carl Whitney said at a news conference. In Garden Grove, the man stabbed a female insurance company employee and a man pumping gas multiple times.
