ROANOKE, Va. Blue Ridge Racing is challenging you to run 325 miles within the next few months to help fill local food banks. Its part of the new virtual interstate challenge. A portion of registration proceeds and separate donations will go to Feeding Southwest Virginia and Blue Ridge Area Food Banks to disperse to smaller organizations. Jump rope or high knees -- Instead of counting reps here, you can set a timer. Try one complete minute of jumping rope or high knees for each set. Check these out for a quick demonstration: Hip thrusts | burpees | sumo squats | high knees | skater lunges | dips.
