Campbell County Supervisor Matt Cline says it goes against the First Amendment right to gather. After a vote, the topic failed to make it on the agenda. Campbell County supervisors plan on discussing the resolution at their next meeting on December 1.

On Aug. 26, 2009, Heidi Childs, 18, and David Metzler, 19, were shot and killed in the parking lot of Caldwell Fields in Montgomery County.
