This is how you make the internet-famous whipped coffee
You might have seen people posting about making a whipped coffee at home, otherwise known by its proper name, Dalgona Coffee. Dalgona Coffee is a whipped coffee concoction floating on top of your specific choice of milk with ice. You mix together 2 tablespoons of instant coffee and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar with 2 tablespoons of hot water. Mix the ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer or by hand until the mixture is whipped and fluffy. Pour in hot or cold milk -- whichever you like -- and top it with the whipped coffee mixture.
