Two Seminole District football teams forced to cancel Friday games
Forest, Va. – Tuesday it was the Northside Vikings having their spring football season paused because of Covid. Wednesday, both Jefferson Forest and E.C. Glass are forced to cancel Friday games because of contact tracing. The Jefferson Forest high athletic twitter account confirms the cancelation “in accordance with quarantine guidance from the VDH” (Virginia Department of Health). The Seminole District website has both the Rustburg at EC Glass game scheduled for Friday at City Stadium, and the Jefferson Forest at Liberty Christian Academy game scheduled for Friday at Liberty University--updated to canceled.

Hilltoppers' Kendrick shines, grabs week four honors
Glass vs Jefferson Forest collision. Glass senior quarterback DreSean Kendrick delivered the 'gridiron trauma' multiple times in this one. He rushing for 176 yards and three touchdowns, and passed for 175 more yards and two more scores. The Hilltoppers handled rival Jefferson Forest 59-21 to remain undefeated. DreSean Kendrick is the week four 1st and 10 Player of the Week.
GW Danville's Graves scampers to week 3 honors
DANVILLE, Va. - George Washington Danville knows they are usually in for a war when Jefferson Forest lines up against them. Friday night senior eagle Wesley Graves decided to fly above the rest. He racked up five on the ground, and another as a reciever on a 35 yard swing pass that went the distance as well in the 50-21 GW Danville win over JF. The senior back is one of the main reasons GW is averaging 49 points per game this year. And Wesley Graves is our Week 3 1st and 10 Player of the Week.
