K-9 Sjaak was shot three times after a man driving down Murfreesboro Road shot at Officer Justin Darby according to the police department. โA K9 is more than just a dog to our handlers, theyโre a partner,โ the team wrote in a post. Lynchburg police launches online citizen report form
LYNCHBURG, Va. If youre a crime victim in Lynchburg, you wont have to leave your house to file a police report at the department. Monday, LPD launched its police to citizen website. From your phone or computer, you can report thefts and vandalism. Police say stolen guns and prescriptions cannot be filed on the online system. Police have a tutorial video on YouTube on how to use the new website.
